You also consent to conduct any matters related to the recruitment, application, background check, and/or onboarding process electronically. Typing your name and entering your unique identifier at the end of this application and clicking the submit button will constitute your electronic signature.
Withdrawal of Consent: You have the right to withdraw your consent to submit your online employment application electronically. If you choose to do so, please note that this will result in automatic disqualification of your electronic application from further consideration for employment. Record keeping: Your responses to all questions throughout the electronic process will be recorded and made part of your electronically signed documents and electronic application/hiring record and other separate files as required by law.
Paper Copy: You have the option to complete this process using the traditional paper and hard copy signature process. You must contact us at jobs@patriotmarineservicesllc.com if you wish to do so.
Updating contact information: Please note that it is your responsibility to update the company regarding any changes to your contact information.
Privacy: Personal data that you enter will be used by and may be transmitted to other Patriot Marine departments, Patriot Marine companies, or third parties for the purpose of the administration, evaluation, and management of your application as well as for the purpose of preparing reports that may be required by government agencies. By entering your data into the tool, you consent to the processing, use, and transfer of your personal data as outlined in this agreement and statement.
I acknowledge that any offer of employment is conditioned upon passing the company's prescribed physical and medical examination and drug test the company conducting and reviewing an authorized background check and that the proper notices will be issued prior.
I acknowledge that if I resign my employment with Patriot Marine Services LLC within ninety days of my date of hire, the cost of my pre-employment medical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be withheld from my final paycheck as allowed by La. R.S. 23:634.
